My unique blend of cardio, core training, resistance training and flexibility provides the perfect combination training to achieve results.  Along with this motivational and addictive training comes comradery and morale building among the participants.  Everyone is challenged and supported.  Everyone encourages each other to succeed.  No worries if you are just beginning your fitness journey or already a premiere athlete, this is challenging and adaptable for everyone.  I will help you understand your limits and achieve your successes.  No dancing or choreography, but plenty of fun blended into the program.

If you want individual personal attention, evaluations, and periodic measurements to gauge your success, personal training may be for you.  This can be done at my facility or I can meet you where you need me to.  I take the time to understand where you are and what you want to achieve.  Then training is tailored just for you at your schedule and frequency.  You provide the want to, I provide the motivation, equipment and accountability.

10 Session Package - $130
